As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, I am dedicated to providing high-quality care and guidance to some of our more vulnerable members of the community. Specialising in behaviour analysis, mental health nursing, and case management, I have worked across Australia, including remote areas, offering her experience to diverse communities.
My career includes notable roles as a Team Leader and Specialist Case Manager in a forensic setting, where I honed her skills in ethical decision-making and methodical, focused case management in line with defensible decision making. Known for my collaborative approach, I thrives as a team player and is deeply committed to promoting the well-being and dignity of those I support.
