Hey, I'm Jordan Springer and I am a Psychologist and Positive Behaviour Practitioner who lives in Ballarat which is located in the beautiful Central Highlands region of Victoria.
My ultimate mission is to collaborate with clients on an individual basis, helping them achieve their mental health goals and enhance their overall quality of life.
I use a range of therapeutic techniques so that I can individualise every clients experience to ensure that their therapeutic needs are the right match for what they want to achieve.
I am an AHPRA registered Psychologist, a fully registered Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner and a member of the Australian Psychological Society, with a range of experience in both individual therapeutic work as well as the development, implementation, and publication of psychological research.

Hi, I'm Sharon Welsh,
I come to this role with a diverse range of experience from many different backgrounds I have over 41 years of experience as a disability advocate and am passionate about Behaviour Support.
As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, I am dedicated to providing high-quality care and guidance to some of our more vulnerable members of the community. Specialising in behaviour analysis, mental health nursing, and case management, I have worked across Australia, including remote areas, offering her experience to diverse communities.
My career includes notable roles as a Team Leader and Specialist Case Manager in a forensic setting, where I honed her skills in ethical decision-making and methodical, focused case management in line with defensible decision making. Known for my collaborative approach, I thrives as a team player and is deeply committed to promoting the well-being and dignity of those I support.

Hi I'm Alicia and I come from a background of Early Education and Psychosocial support work.
Working with participants on the ground has allowed me to understand what people in both the caring roles and receiving need in order to manage a wide range of diversities.
As a behaviour support practitioner, I work hard to advocate for everyone who is involved in the care of the participant.
I am currently studying a Diploma of Counselling and have a qualification in Early Years Education.
As a mum of three, ages teen to kindergarten I understand the struggles of parenting and communicating within the school system.

Hi I’m Felicity Bailey and I currently occupy the role of clinical and administration support within our team.
I myself am an aspiring psychotherapist and am currently completing my Master of Psychotherapy/Counselling (Holistic Practice).
I am someone who very much believes in assisting people to find the individual strength and power in their unique journey through this life, and this is why I have enjoyed joining the team at boundless minds who have a similar philosophy.
I have been blessed in finding my true passion in life and have been working, volunteering and studying in the mental health industry for 6 years now. That coupled with my natural organisational and computer skills has allowed me to help assist the wonderful team and clients of Boundless Minds Therapy in the best way I can.
