Boundless Minds Therapy provides a streamlined pathway for healthcare professionals and NDIS Support Coordinators to refer their clients for evidence-based care in Ballarat. We are currently accepting new NDIS participants in the Central Highlands and surrounding regions for both psychological therapy and Positive Behaviour Support.
GP Referrals for Professional psychology
We welcome psychology referrals in Ballarat for adolescents and adults. Our practitioners utilise evidence-based frameworks, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Commitment Therapy (ACT), to support clients with a range of mental health concerns.
We provide evidence-based therapy under the Better Access to Mental Health Care initiative. Please ensure the Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) is attached.

At Boundless Minds Therapy, we actively monitor our intake to ensure timely access. Currently, we are accepting new referrals and can be soon relatively soon. Please contact our Ballarat office for the most up-to-date availability.
Collaboration is central to our practice. Following the initial intake under a mental health care plan, we provide a professional report back to the GP after six sessions. This ensures the referring doctor is informed of the patient’s progress and any recommended future care.
To process an NDIS referral efficiently, we require a copy of the current NDIS plan, any existing risk assessments, and a completed Positive Behaviour Support referral form. This ensures our practitioners can hit the ground running with the participant's goals.
Yes. Our practitioners are registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. We specialise in developing and implementing Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans that focus on reducing restrictive practices and upholding participant rights.
